The Patient Form is used to Add/Edit/View patient information.  The patient information shown in the sample screen above is fictitious.

The two rows of light green buttons in the middle of the form open Pop Up Forms when clicked.  The pop up forms are used for Add/Edit/View Patient Information related to the description on the button.  Click on the Payors button on the image above to view the Payors pop up form.

Click on the Physicians button on the image above to view the Physicians pop up form.

Click on the Visits button on the image above to view the Visits pop up form

Click on the Wounds button on the image above to view the Wounds pop up form

Click on the Healing Percentages from Admit Date button to view a sample report.

Click on the Healing Percentages from 1st Wound Assessment button to view a sample report.

Click on the Healing Rate by Volume button to view a sample report.

Click on the Patient Profile button to view a sample of the Patient Profile report.
