Estimated Price Proposal
We will start with a face-to-face meeting or an online teleconference using Go-to-Meeting.
During this initial conversation you will be asked to describe the tasks to be performed
by the application and to share specific information regarding data to be stored,
onscreen forms, web pages, and reports needed. After the meeting we often
create a work order for your approval of two or more hours of work to cover the
initial design of the application. When our research and initial design work
are completed, we will deliver a written project propsoal including an estimate
of the time required to complete the project and the hourly rate you will be charged.
You will enter the project with an estimate of the total hours required,
but with the knowledge that you will pay only
for the actual hours needed
to do the job. project will begin when you return the signed proposal to us. As the project unfolds, we will stay in communication with
you to make sure the application is being designed as agreed in the written proposal. Typically, payments are
made at several progress points described in the proposal. Payments for the
project are made at specific progress points described in the proposal.
