Fixed Price Proposal
We will start with a face-to-face meeting or an online teleconference using Go-to-Meeting.
During this initial conversation you will be asked to describe the tasks to be performed
by the application and to share specific information regarding data to be stored,
onscreen forms, web pages, and reports needed. After the meeting we will create
a work order for your approval of four or more hours of work to cover the initial
design of the application. When our research and initial design work are completed,
we will deliver a detailed, written project proposal including a fixed price for
the project.

The written proposal will include a list of all pages, screens, forms, and reports
to be included in the project. The advantage of this option is that you know
exactly what your are getting in the application and exactly what it will cost.
If, upon receipt of the written proposal, you decide not to proceed with the project,
you pay only the amount authorized in the work order you approved for the initial
project design.
